Shipping Policies

At PassionGlass.com, we ship all items using the United States Postal System (www.USPS.com). We ship all glass items within the USA for Free via Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Using this method, every single customer has safely and successfully received their order. Still haven't lost one.

Although it is not listed as a shipping option, we can upgrade your delivery to Express mail. We will charge you the posted online rate given at www.USPS.com at the time of shipping. Please leave a note during checkout requesting expedited delivery and we'll take care of everything. We will bill your credit card after your package ships.

All International orders are shipped using Unites States Post Office Global Express and to avoid overcharges your shipping fees will be billed separately after your item ships. Due to the varying weight of our items, shipping charges can vary from country to country so we cannot give you an exact price at the moment of checkout. All International shipping charges should be between $39.00 and $59.00 USD for most orders. However, since shipping is based on weight, if you order multiple large items, it may cost a few dollars more. We will only charge you the posted online rate rounded up to the next dollar. You will see a second charge to your credit from Peacefuldaze Glass, LLC.

We've shipped more than 35 different countries and every single package has arrived properly. For International customers, we will do everything we can to limit import taxes on your new art work. On the customs forms, we indicate you will be receiving a glass sculpture or figurene with a minimal value so that you will not be responsible for additional charges.

All orders are shipped in either official USPS priority mail boxes or plain brown, non-descript boxes. All are securely packaged and only labeled with address and official USPS stickers. There is absolutely no advertising on the exterior that would indicate the contents. We value your privacy as much as you do and we'll do nothing to compromise that. You can be assured that all of your personal information is safe and secure.

Next, if you do not order a glass item and just order a pouch, we will have to charge you $6.00 for shipping, otherwise we'll simply refund your purchase.

Finally, we do not include invoices within the package unless specifically requested. This is just one more way we want to ensure your privacy and enjoyment of our products.
